As the creator of the renowned Buff Muff Method, she’s helped thousands strengthen their pelvic floors and has reached over 5 million views with her approachable teaching style.
Kim’s passion for pelvic health began with her own postpartum recovery challenges, when she discovered firsthand how little practical guidance existed for women experiencing “down there” issues. What started as personal healing evolved into a pioneering career breaking through silence and shame. This personal journey shaped her belief that proper pelvic floor training shouldn’t be reserved for recovery—it should be fundamental to everyone’s wellness routine.
Kim’s unique approach combines clinical expertise with playful, memorable cues like the “blueberry squeeze” to make complex anatomy accessible.
